Toro Property Management LLC is a professional property management company specializing in residential and commercial multi family properties. Established in 2007, Toro Property Management (TPM) was started based on the needs of the company owner's client needs. Initially, TPM specialized in new Executive Custom homes in the San Francisco Bay Area. The demand for the company's services grew to include condominiums, apartment buildings and conforming residential multi family units (duplex, triplex and fourplex).
With offices in Oakland, California and Dallas, Texas, Toro Property Management is a growing company with a dedicated, entrepreneurial inspired staff and owner. We currently are growing and hiring staff in an adverse economic climate which is a testament to our client's commitment to our company and the services we offer. Our multi family community specialization at this time is class A, B and C 15 to 100 unit properties.
OUR TEAM
Our company founder and owner is Ken Nwokedi. Ken has been in the real estate business for over 11 years. Initially, from California, Ken started selling custom homes in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1999. He has been a top producing realtor since he started and has sold over $250 Million in real estate. Ken began his multi family business in 2000 and has been selling multi family buildings ever since.
